At Travel Buro FZE LLC, we understand that travel plans may change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and travel credits are handled for bookings made through travelbureau.me.

Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Travel Buro FZE LLC.

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation terms of the airline, hotel, tour operator, activity provider, or other travel supplier involved in your booking. Any applicable supplier penalties, non-refundable deposits, processing fees, and administrative charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Non-Refundable Services
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Airline tickets marked as non-refundable
  • Visa fees and processing charges
  • Travel insurance
  • Service and booking fees
  • Event and attraction tickets
  • Supplier-imposed non-refundable deposits

Changes, Delays & Force Majeure
Travel Buro FZE LLC shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, itinerary changes, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, civil unrest, war, or transportation disruptions.

In such cases, refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective travel suppliers.

Tour & Package Cancellations
Travel Buro FZE LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour, package, or travel service due to operational requirements, safety concerns, insufficient participation, or circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, customers may be offered:

  • A travel credit
  • An alternative travel arrangement
  • A refund in accordance with supplier policies and applicable laws

No Refund Situations
No refunds will be provided for:

  • No-shows
  • Unused services
  • Early departure from a trip
  • Failure to obtain required travel documents or visas
  • Removal from a trip due to misconduct or violation of safety requirements

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times vary depending on suppliers, banks, and payment providers and may take up to 60 business days.
